A significant part of my training and clinical work has focused on supporting young adults as they navigate the complexities of emerging adulthood. This stage of life often involves major transitions—leaving home, exploring identity, pursuing education or career paths, and managing evolving relationships with family, friends, and romantic partners. It’s a time filled with possibility, but also with uncertainty, pressure, and growing pains.
I deeply enjoy working with young adults and believe that the insight and growth that happen during this phase can shape a more grounded, confident, and fulfilling adulthood. Common concerns I help clients work through include anxiety, depression, identity exploration, perfectionism, burnout, self-esteem, and feeling overwhelmed by life’s expectations or decisions.
Together, we explore the challenges you’re facing while building tools to better understand yourself, make aligned decisions, and move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.
My approach is collaborative and culturally responsive. I take great care to understand each client’s unique background, values, and lived experiences, and I tailor treatment in a way that honors your personal, familial, and cultural context.
