In addition to psychotherapy services, I offer wellness coaching to support individuals who are seeking growth, clarity, and meaningful lifestyle change. Coaching is distinct from therapy in that it is present- and future-focused, goal-oriented, and does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. It’s ideal for those who may not need traditional therapy but are looking for structured, compassionate support to make sustainable improvements in their lives.

My coaching approach is holistic and integrative—taking into account your emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Many clients seek coaching to enhance their routines, relationships, self-care practices, self-compassion, or to make specific behavioral or physical health changes. Whether you’re navigating a transition, striving for better balance, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, coaching offers a supportive and motivating environment to move forward.

Together, we’ll explore your values, motivations, and strengths to create a personalized plan rooted in what matters most to you. Using a collaborative, strengths-based process, I’ll help you set realistic goals, build new habits, and stay accountable to the changes that will enhance your quality of life.

Coaching sessions are available both in-person and via video or phone. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and are private pay only.
